Why You're Still Stuck
The 12 Stories Running Your Life

60 minutes of the most honest, useful thing

you'll ever watch about why you keep repeating the same patterns.

Hosted by Beanie Tompkins — Kinesiologist & Transformational Coach — 17 years of this work.

Every bit of it lived, not just taught.

Sound familiar?

You've done the work.
So why does nothing stick?

The books. The therapy. The courses. The journaling. The boundary-setting exercises. The positive thinking. You've tried it all — and you're still waking up feeling the same way you did five years ago.

A lack of effort has nothing to do with it. Your nervous system is running a survival story — and there's a good chance you don't even know it's there.

"I work twice as hard as everyone around me and still feel like it's not enough."

────────────────────────

"I know I people-please. I hate it. I still can't stop."

────────────────────────

"I stay in situations way past their expiry date because leaving feels scarier than staying."

────────────────────────

"I hold everything together for everyone else while quietly running on empty."

────────────────────────

"That low hum of something is about to go wrong never fully switches off."

Why willpower, insight, and positive thinking keep burning out — and what actually changes the pattern

Why your nervous system keeps choosing familiar pain over unfamiliar safety — and how that wiring can change

4

The first real step toward actually feeling different — in your body, in your relationships, in your life

Who is Beanie?

I lived every messy bit of this.
I didn't read it in a book.

My name is Beanie. I'm a kinesiologist and transformational coach and I've been doing this work for over 17 years with others — and 25 with myself.

Twenty years of severe anxiety in my early years. OCD. Panic attacks. A bucket full of "I can't" and "I'm not safe" and "I'm not good enough." Which I self-soothed with the usual suspects. I know what it feels like to be completely at war with your own mind.

And I know what actually shifts it. The real work. The kind that lives in the nervous system, rewires the patterns, and actually sticks.
